Service Description:

Free guided self-help skill-building program managed by the association * available over the phone
Program initiatives: - assists youth to manage mild to moderate symptoms of anxiety or depression
- online educational videos or telephone coaching sessions (3-6 month period)
- materials and resources to support individuals on their path to mental wellness
- based on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT)
* Adults can access this service through a broader provincial program, Ontario Structured Psychotherapy (OSP) that offers Ontarians with depression, anxiety, and anxiety-related conditions, a range of services that are delivered in person, by telephone or virtually
