Management program supplies aviation, firefighting and emergency response to Northeast and Northwest Regions of Ontario * supplies aviation services for the Ontario government and leads Forest Fire response and operations
AFFES also assists with response and operations of different types of emergency management for the MNRF’s other order in council natural hazards:
- floods
- erosion
- dam failures
- unstable soils and bedrock
- droughts
- oil and gas emergencies
