Service Description:

Free in-person and online classes for education, information and advice on labour and birth (labour, comfort techniques, medical procedures) as well as after baby is born (breastfeeding, newborn care, postpartum)
Classes include:- opportunity to meet other pregnant people and families
- discussion about pregnancy, birth and newborns
- questions are answered by a public health nurse
- virtual option allows to participate remotely
* In-person classes held at Steven's Your Independant Grocer, 270 Wellington St., Bracebridge in the 2nd floor community room
Self-Guided Online Prenatal Class (includes pregnancy module):- option to choose information that best suits interests
- learn at pace that fits personal goals
- choose environment suited for learning classes
