Service Description:

Six week program for parents suffering from mood changes after the birth of a baby.

Services available:

connects with other new parents experiencing mood changes
open discussion for relationships and difficult emotions
coping strategies
facilitated by a mental health professional
child minding available for walking children (toddlers), parents may bring babies in arms
