Service Description:	Facilitates a broad range of recreational activities and services in the Town of Midland throughout the seasons * events such as Canada Day festivities, Butter Tart Festival, Tug Fest * grants a cultural entrepreunership program Offices are located at this site but events may be held in a number of other locations within Midland
