Private domiciliary care residence for men and women * supports for individuals with a history of homelessness, mental health diagnosis, concurrent disorders and addiction * community residential facility for men on conditional release * 50 beds between both programs

People diagnosed with mental health issues and other illnesses * Men who have been in conflict with the law * Clients from hospitals or placement from Canadian Mental Health Association and street shelters
