Registered charity and agency that facilitates programs, services and supports to assist adults with disabilities to live independently in the community * creates opportunities for gaining self-confidence, initiative and decision making * referral to other community services
Services and programs available:
- self managed attendant care
- peer support
- independent living skills
- resources and referrals
- assistance with filling out Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) forms, by appointment
