Service Description: Supports youth and adults who are Deaf, oral deaf, deafened or hard of hearing to access information, education, and other resources from the community * assists people to remain independent in their own homes * referrals to other community services

  • staff that are fluent in American Sign Language, English, and French
  • literacy support
  • short-term counselling
  • crisis intervention and referrals
  • coordination of complex services
  • advocacy and educational workshops
  • communication strategies
  • resources and information
  • specialized support and wellness visits to older adults
  • learning to use assistive devices and technology
  • Peer-to-Peer Network for seniors with hearing loss
