Community-based support group for children, youth and adults that are experiencing a painful transition from the death of a loved one, separation or divorce of parents
Program details:- meetings with a caring facilitator to rebuild positive emotions and to develop coping mechanisms
- 10-12 week sessions that include materials such as books
- different topics each week
- start date is usually in the Fall
