Service Description:

Companionship, respite care, and emotional support to people and their family/caregivers dealing with a life-threatening illness * bereavement support for anyone who has experienced the death of someone close * services can be provided at home, or in hospitals and long-term care homes
Community Hospice - Volunteer-driven support service where a variety of palliative care and bereavement support are available in the community
Andy's House - 24/7 hospice where staff facilitate end-of-life care to residents. Currently has 3 out of 10 beds funded
Other services available:- respite care
- access to social worker
- spiritual care
- advanced care planning
- pediatric grief and loss
