Service Description: Supports for people living with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers

Services may include:
  • support counselling
  • social recreation programs
  • educational information, sharing and discussions about Alzheimer's disease issues
  • educational services for public and service providers
  • presentations to community groups
  • in-service training
  • public and secondary school education program

Support groups - Monthly sessions for caregivers * peer support groups for those living with dementia

Coffee Social Program - Opportunity to reconnect in person for a coffee, chat, games and trivia

Minds in Motion - Physical activity and brain stimulation program for those with early to mid-stage dementia and their care partners

Services and Programs:

Fees: Optional Membership fee: $15 annually
Lending Library services, including fact sheets are free
Application: Call or email * no referral required
