Service Description:

Focus of the program is to address the needs of youth who are currently on probation order and to reduce future involvement in the youth criminal justice system * works in partnership with Probation Officers
Services available:- individual counselling and support
- worker assigned for support and guidance
- support in school and community
- tools and strategies for improvement
- information and resources
- assessment for needs and goals
- advocacy and community collaboration with service providers
