Service Description:

Community-based exercise program that focuses on the aftermath of cancer treatment by restoring and improving physiological and psychological wellness.
Services available:- customized program based on needs and goals
- rebuilding strength to complete day to day tasks
- supports for well-being
- enhancing quality of life
Program is in partnership with Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Program at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre.
