RVH is committed to high quality patient centered services in our hearing health services. The RVH Audiology program provides service to the full age range of clientele from infant to adult. RVH is the lead agency for the Simcoe Muskoka Parry Sound Infant Hearing Program and opportunity for support around providing service to this population will be available. This position offers flexibility and autonomy with the support of a strong and inclusive team.

In this role you will report to the Manager of Child and Youth Ambulatory Care. The Audiologist provides Hearing assessment to a variety of clinical populations including Pediatrics and works in partnership with the Hearing Instrument Dispenser around support and intervention. Within the Infant Hearing Program the Audiologist works to support the interdisciplinary team in planning and service provision to children and families



QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

•Master’s degree (or Doctorate) in Audiology required
•Registration with the College of Audiologist and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO) required



Experience:
•Experience with infants and children an asset
•Experience with Infant Hearing Program protocols an asset
•Experience with fitting hearing aids on infants an asset
•Experience within a Hospital environment an asset
