Service Description: A nonprofit organization responsible to the native women and children in the area offering:
  • CAP-C Children's Cultural Program offers social, cultural, educational and recreational programs including traditional and clan teachings, legends and storytelling, craft making, full moon and other traditional ceremonies, regalia making workshops, family camping, and other traditional activities such as snowshoeing
  • moms and tots support group
  • pre-natal services
  • toy lending library
  • native language training for children
  • health outreach support system for women to discuss issues which affect the social, cultural, mental and physical aspects of native life and break the violence cycle
  • Seniors Cultural Program offers culturally focused and holistic based support to seniors/elders in home through one on one counseling and healing circles, provision of furnishings, luncheons, transportation services and recognition medals at major functions
